JoAnn Duncan of Turning Point Reiki LLC in Ridgefield is hosting a day of Tibetan Buddhist Energy Medicine on Saturday, May 1, from 1 to 6 at the Redding Meditation Society at 9 Pickett’s Ridge Road, West Redding.

“Experience the wisdom and grace of traditional Tibetan meditation and holistic healing techniques with Lama Lobsang Palden,” Ms Duncan said. “Receive a blessing and Karma purification ceremony with Medicine Buddha prayers. Practice Tibetan energy medicine using mantras, instruments, crystals, and pranic healing. Learn Tsalung, the cleansing breath of Tibetan Yantra yoga. These practices open the channels, cleanse the aura, and balance the chakras, relieving stress and permitting more free-flowing energy.”

For more information call Ms Duncan at 203-438-3050.

To register go to blueberyl.org.

Fee of $135 includes a practice book and DVD.
