7-12 May – Awaken the Heart – Open the Mind with Ringu Tulku | at Lerab Ling

The wisdom or philosophy of Buddhism is a complete revolution in the way we relate to our thoughts and emotions, to the world around us and to others. Based on this understanding, it offers a wealth of very practical tools to make our life happier by bringing compassion and wisdom into all its aspects. The key being to turn our mind and our actions towards the benefit of others.

During this retreat Ringu Tulku Rinpoche will teach on the Bodhicharyavatara, the classic masterpiece composed by the 8th century Indian saint, Shantideva.

This event is intended for anyone wishing to discover the wisdom and compassion of the Buddhist teachings as well as for Buddhist practitioners wishing to study this text.

Ringu Tulku Rinpoche is a Tibetan teacher renowned for his clarity, humor and approachable style. He will show us how to open our mind and awaken our heart to a more compassionate way of living.

Note – there is also a Weekend Option (7-8 May) for this retreat.
