Vajrayogini Buddhist Center proposes Dharma Class for kids, Washington DC

This class is a place families can go to learn together how to develop harmony, confidence and methods to calm our minds and be happy in these uncertain and busy times.

Each class has a short talk and meditation plus fun activities that foster kindness, patience and giving.

This class is suitable for ages 4 – 12 years.

Parents can stay or enjoy the nearby coffeeshop.

Meeting Dates: Generally, every Sunday (Please check the calendar for specific dates)

Time: 10:00am – 11:00am

Teacher : Gen Kelsang Varahi

Cost : $4 for children and $6 for parents.

Registration : No registration required. Walk-ins welcome!
